A journal entry from: France

I'm starting to feel that things are slowly winding down here in France, its sad, but it's also preparing me to go home in a way. Life has been pretty great recently. Lots of relaxing and having fun. Ango put on two great events a few weeks ago, the first night was a Nationality Olympics party, which really brought all of Ango together, we divided up into teams based on our countires and played some games and had some drinks. There were two Canadian teams! The next night was the bad taste party, where we all dressed up in our favorite outfits. I had a little too much fun at that party, and am now the first person of the semester to get kicked out of our favorite bar, Emporium.

That Friday, I went up to Belgium again to visit Kyle! I took the high speed train, which got me there in no time. I had a fun weekend hanging out with him and his friends who also go to the school in Copenhagen. I managed to lead them around the first night with my vague memory of where we vistied when I went a few months ago.

Then Wednesday after a cancellation scare, four hours after our origional departure time, 170 of us were on a 15 hour bus ride to the costa brava region of Spain. It was a fantastic vacation, my first real relaxing time in Europe. We spent out time eating, drinking, lounging by the pool and relaxing on the beach. The weather was perfect beach weather, bright sunny and a nice warm 24 degrees. The water however was chilly, but it didnt stop us from going in! The trip was over much to fast for any of our likings, it was so nice to just hang out with all the exchange students, as its getting close to the end and is our last big group trip.

Today I had my first exam I feel pretty good about it. I have my life planned out until I leave, I feel kinda sad now that I have nothing to plan any more. I'm sticking around Rouen until my exams are over on the 20th. Perhaps some day trips to Monets Gardens and D-Day Beaches. Then on the 21st, I am taking a night train to Munich Germany, spending two days there, and doing a day trip to Salzburg Austria and then a day trip to the german castles. Then I'll come back for a few days and will officially move out on the 28th of May. Then on the 29th, I leave for Dublin for 4 days, before commign back and spending my last 4 days in Paris before heading back to Nova Scotia!

I think you get a whole new meaning when you realise you can deliberately control the direction of your life & how others treat you. At alltimes you are directing your life toward something or nothing & you havent realised this. Think about the mess of thoughts in your mind & the direction each would take you in...no wonder we get no-where. If you see the mind like a garden & start weeding out those that are negative or take us where we dont want to go,life immediately become less heavy. We set up the fights & failures first in the mind, create atmospheres with our beliefs & attitudes that others like or dislike. We just need to work out who we want to be known as & where we want to go & practice to become these. Courage is a by product of how we see ourself & if we work at believing we are not upto much then we are successful. Think about how when others treat you with respect, its difficult to be nasty to them. & how if they distrust you or treat you with contempt you will give them much the same even if its just in your thoughts... thoughtinjected with an emotion emanate from us & touch others. Why wait for others to treat us with respect someone has to start the ball rolling & when you make the effort to become more genuine at practicing to be nice all of a sudden you feel good about yourself & your inner strength (real strength) grows stronger & everyone wins. You also see how if everyone would tune into the key for all life the world would be a wonderful place. My key board is playing up & eating letters so I have had to let some words run together, sorry

Dermapril is winning because it focuses on accelerating the natural production of three body building blocks- Collagen, Fibronectin and Hyaluronic Acid. Users indicate that in the clinical surveys. Dermapril yielded an increase in natural Collagen synthesis by an average 44 percent within a 72-hour period. http://ezinearticles.com/?Best-Anti-Aging-Skin-Care-Product-According-to-Oprah-and-Dr-Oz&id=2262934
