A journal entry from: Boliva
Crossing the boarder into Bolivia did not take too long. After a short enough time we got to Copacabana and sailed out onto Lake Titicacca to get to Isla Del Sol or "The Island of the Sun". The lake itself is one of the highest fresh water lakes on the planet and it was really clear and calm. There were some inca ruins on the island and the view accross the lake from half way up the mountain was pretty cool. The price of food in Bolivia is really cheap. 10 of their Bolivianos is equivalent to 1 euro. You can get a decent sized dinner for less than 3 euro. Because we were on the tour we stayed in a really nice hotel, a nice treat!
