What's New and Upcoming? Footstops v2.0! Thats what!

Well, I've decided that Footstops is in need of a facelift.

We've been running for about a year now and I've had an incredible amount of really great feature request and ideas from everyone. I think its time I put it all together.

This new version of Footstops will take a little bit of leap in terms of usability and speed, making it easier and faster to add your travels blogs.

I know some features were woefully under-developed, most notably Photo Albums, but new the version is going to be out of this world.

Here are some of the major features planned for version 2:

• Drastically redesigned and improved user interface
• Multiple Map Points in a entry.
• Printable version of your Trip.
• Blog statistics (page views, comments, etc.)
• Redesigned Photos
• Better Bulk Photo Uploader
• Blog and Photo Ratings
• Password protected blogs (won't have to sign up to see a private blog).
• Searching
• A 'facebook-esque' friends/feed system
• Email Alerts
• Selectable templates and themes for your blog
• Blog Editor Auto-save and spell checker
• All your old trips, photos, comments, etc, will be transfered over safely.
