Hello again, Argentina!

Written on: Friday October 19th, 2007

A journal entry from: See you next year!

Bye bye caipirinhas, exotic fruits and parties everywhere. Hello again juicy steaks, excellent wines and business-class-like buses!

The Argentinian site of the falls are a lot more impressive, especially because you can walk on different trails all day (or two), and get different views all the time. I had expected  some sort of "Disney Land" (or better: Perrit Moreno) where there would be tourists everywhere, waiting in line to take a picture, but the area is that big that on some trails we were virtually alone. Nice! Apperently going on a weekday helps

The village we stayed at, Puerto Iguazu, was quite charming as well, and we celebrated our reunion with the country with a nice, juicy steak for Roy and a good glass (or was it bottle?) of red wine for me. Welcome back!
