Flew from Picton on the South Island to Wellington on the North. It was a 25 minute flight on a tiny airplane (Mom would have died!) that held something like 10 or 12 people. I sat right behind the pilot and could see all the panels and such. It was really cool, got some good pictures I'll have to post.

I decided to relax a bit in Wellington and spent two days there. Took the old cable cars up to the top of the city and wandered down through the nice Botanical Gardens, visited the Te Papa museum, caught up on laundry and such, etc, etc. A nice city to relax in a bit.
