About Me

Hey guys Paul here and this is my Blog set up for my study abroad trip in Damascus. Because facebook is not an option for me I plan to use this blog to keep in contact with everyone and let you know how my days/weeks are going. I hope to update at least once a week perhaps more depending on how unpopular I am/how much computer time I get. If posting a comment on this blog I will say this: I want nothing political on this blog, at all. American, Syrian, European, none. Nothing personal I just don't want to rock the boat. That said I hope you enjoy my blog, I plan to start writing in english and if the opportunity presents itself I will carry on to Arabic  just to really get into the total immersion thing. To my english speaking friends, use either google translate or an Arab buddy to help ya out. To those who speak Arabic, please please please let me know of my mistakes and if you can, correct them. At any rate thanks for reading and I look forward to your comments and your stories about home!
