Hong Kong - Day 2

Written on: Sunday June 17th, 2007

A journal entry from: South East Asia

Our bags got in finally this morning.  One day in this hot weather (plus 89% humidity) really does make the days drag by when you warm cloths.

Last night we checked out some of the night markets, went to the avenue of the stars (a more or less copy of the hand prints on the ground in Holly Wood).  We also went to this small hole in the wall noodle shop, got proped up beside an old lady and given random noodles with won-tons.  I think we were the only tourists in the place, it was pretty cool.

Today we are going to get some tailored suites made and see the light show down by the water later, see where the day leads us.  Tomorrow I think we will head to Hong Kong Island, check out some Panda Reserves and see the Giant Buda.
