Krabi Thailand

Written on: Monday January 21st, 2008

A journal entry from: S.E.Asia

We haven't moved all that far since our last entry. About 15 km. We consider this to be the vacation part of our trip. We thought Koh Lanta was laid back and quiet then we got to Koh Jum. If you want to relax this is the place to be. We had a new bungalow perched above a beautiful beach. The days we spent wandering down small tracks from one end of the island to the other then back along beach after deserted beach. There are a few bungalows but very few people. At night our little restaurant served great Thai food and we slept with the sound of waves lapping on the beach. We are back in the noise and bustle of Krabi now but are planning on searching for another piece of paradise further south.
