Seeing as I pissed around too much and was disorganized, I missed out on going to Milan with the crew.  Instead, I went to Lausanne in Switzerland.  Really random, a friend from uni has a cousin who lives there, and hooked me up with her email address, and I stayed with her!  Really cool girl.  She collected me from the train station and let me stay in her apartment, complete with my own set of keys.  I explored the town (which is really nice, but expensive!), went to an art museum where all of the artwork was done by asylumn patients (very interesting), and shopped.  One day I took a train into Montreaux and went to a castle by the water.  Absolutely beautiful place!!  Now, onwards to Nice!
