The pick-up beings with a sing song like command by the flag leader and then is echoed by the carriers.

The temple where the Taikos were brought to.

The hand washing fountain used before a person goes to pray at the temple.

The sun comes up as the last Taiko heads down the path.

It finally makes it to the end where the arch is.

A side view of the arch where people are still watching.

Three of the Taikos were brought to the near by school for the children to learn about.

Me and the Taiko.... I`m short but this really makes me look tiny. It takes over 150 men to carry it and it is still very very heavy.

The sky that morning was really pretty.
