Getting to Europe

Written on: Sunday March 23rd, 2008

A journal entry from: Jeremy's trip to Europe

On the 22 March-23 March I had to fly to Frankfurt in Germany. It was a boring trip apart from the entertainment system which had lots of movies, games, television shows and some maps of the flight. We started in the Brisbane airport and arrived in Singapore. Then we went from Singapore to Abu Dhabi airport. Then from Abu Dhabi airport we finally arrived at Frankfurt at 6:30am (3:30pm Brisbane time) When we arrived at the airport, we went on a train (which is much faster than our local ones in Brisbane) then we walked to Domplatz to get to my uncle Stephane’s apartment which was directly across the road from the Frankfurter Dom (Dom meaning Cathedral). It was a very cold day and there were lots of small bits of snow.
