21st Feb, 2008 - Just a quick hello, hopefully we're going to upload some of the Fiji photos for you to see - yes, I know it took us a while but we haven't been near internet (pure bliss)!! We are actually in Hawaii now but will do a new blog for that in a few days once you've had a chance to look at the Fiji pictures! Lots of love,xxx
12th Feb, 2008 - Hello again! For those of you that haven't guessed from all the lovely messages on our website (thanks guys, we love you all lots), Conrad proposed to me on Sunday whilst we were diving and I said YES! :) Well, at the time I just blew a load of bubbles as we were underwater ... Conrad wrote 'Will you marry me?' on a dive slate, I nearly choked on my regulator! We are still loving Fiji, it is a beautiful place. Sorry to those of you that I woke up early with phone calls on Sunday morning - I was excited and I'd waited ages already because of the time difference! xxx
Ok, we've been in Fiji for a week and we love it. It is sunny, hot (well, apart from when it's pouring with rain because it's the rainy season), the people are lovely and we are having such a great time!
This is just a quick entry as we are in an internet cafe in Rakiraki but we just wanted to let you all know that we are still alive and having an awesome time!
Highlights so far: galloping on a horse down a sandy beach (WOW), tubing down a river, jumping off a waterfall, rainforest trek, visit to a local school - beautiful children and each class sang us songs to welcome us and we took them some stationery, their library was ruined in the cyclone two weeks ago and they really appreciated the stuff we took.
We have 'hooked up' with another couple from the UK (Salisbury funnily enough) called Anthony & Sherry (who knows Justin, Conrad's brother, how weird is that) and we are traveling as a foursome for the rest of our time in Fiji. We are at a hostel called Volivoli for the next week, by a beautiful sandy beach and coral reef - we can kayak and swim and it's great!

Hey Guys, flights and holiday booked for New York - can't wait to see you there! Looking into Broadway shows, I'd like to take Sarah out on the 9th April (her birthday) and was thinking we could go and see Lion King? Spoken to Flips Ma and she's up for it... If you fancy it i'll find a good price and sort us out some good tickets...? Can't believe you met people from Salisbury!
