After several weeks of procrastination, I've finally dedicated some time and effort into piecing together, what is now in front of you, my very own travel blog. I found this humble online travel community and really appreciated it's philosophy. So thank you Footstops and welcome to my world of ruminating! Please be patient as they continue to add new features (such as leaving Photo Comments because we all know how much I appreciate the feedback).

So here is the update on where my head is at... I have recently embarked on my career journey. After receiving my BScN this past spring, I was fortunate to have been accepted into two entirely different specialties in the world of nursing - pediatric oncology and dermatology. After working like a madwoman this summer, I saved up enough cash to break free from another frigid winter back home and as the saying goes - work hard, play harder! So where to this time? My travel plans will take me back to Asia. But this time I plan to visit Hong Kong, spend the holidays with family in the Philippines and in the new year, I will take on India and late spring I plan to head north to Nepal where I will trek the Himalayas.

I love photography and have finally invested in my first DSLR camera. So please join me as I travel around this globe one country at a time. Thank you all for your guidance and support, I hope you enjoy my blog and the photographs!
