Caught train to Roppongi and went to Tokyo Tower for night view. Its lke japan's version of Effiel Tower. It looks like it! Saw Hello Kitty world and ate dinner - ramen for us and maccas for derrian. We purchased our dinner using the vending machine! Put ur money into the vending machine then out pops a ticket. Use that ticket to pick up at the counter. Dessert was like icecrem with a pastry around it. Dunno what its called. Went upstairs to observatory. SO NICE!!!!!! The view was completely awesome. Saw how nice Tokyo really is with the whole city lit up. We then decided to pay extra to go up to the highest level. The lifts errrmmz very dodgy but they said it was normal (it made cracking noises). Looked through lookdown window. So disappointed at first coz it was the size of an A4 sheet but then we walked along and saw all these jap girls hovered around it..... it was a bigger window - the REAL lookdown window.

It closed like around 10pm thats when everyone left. Cat left her stuff in the bathroom, so after some broken english, we managed to get one of the staff to go up and get it for her. We trained it back to Ueno coz we couldn't find any bars in Roppongi. Walked through these back streets and we passed some mafia gang around there. Men with hats and black long coats standing randomly on the street waiting for something or someone. Like in movies - this is the part where gun shots are exchanged and passbyers are meant to duck and hide behind a cart. No that didn't happen. We walked to a pond... yes a pond at Ueno Park. Its so small there was nothing to see hahahaha.. We stayed out in the cold for a bit then walked back to our hotel.
