I hate sleeping on the plane!! So uncomfortable! Arrived in Sydney about 1pm. Landed safely. Picked up our duty free items we previously bought at collection point. Quarantine is a bit more strict now. There's no longer a Green-Nothing to Declare exit and a Red-Declaration exit. You have to go through quarantine no matter what. I bought food.. lucky they didn't open the packaging. and walked out at 1.45pm. Departed our separate ways as we had ppl to us up. I was walking upstairs then i realised i was missing my backpack!!!!!! CRAP. I had to run back. Found Derrian still lingering around and asked if he saw my backpack. He took it down from the cabin slot but I mustve left it on the seat. His mum just arrived so she minded our stuff for us and we ran upstairs to departure to look for China Airlines counters but they had no flights on at the time so no counters were opened. Ran to lost baggage department on level 3 but it was closed on weekends! Called a number and the guy directed us to China Airlines office on the same floor. Knocked on the door and noone answered. Ran back down to information general enquiries who directed us to Customs Service downstairs. They directed us to Qantas Baggage Service which was next door. Apparently they deal with China Airlines Baggage. Told the guy what happened and he walkie-talkied some ppl inside the arrival area. First few calls were disappointments no bag found. Then he called someone else, and they said they found a bag on the plane!!! Met the person upstairs on level 3 at the China Airlines office. I had to wait for about 20min for him to come up. I think his a stewardess. Really good looking. hahahahha

Him: Can i help you there?

Me: I left a bag on a China Airlines flight that landed 1 hour ago and I was directed up here to pick it up

Him: Oh ok. What colour is it?

Me: Its black.

Him: Is it this one? (and turns around to show me it)

Me:YES!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! =)))))))) Thank you so much for finding it.

Him: Ur welcome, just be careful next time ok?

Me: Yes yes definitely!!! Thank you so much for ur help. Much appreciated!!!

I'm so happy found my bag. Didnt know what was in it until i opened it. GHD straightener, Lonely Planet, black leather boots ..... Parents came to pick me up and i finally got home at 3.30pm. Called Cat and turned out she left a bag of cosmetics at the airport. But lucky she found it from this random lady who picked it up. We all better be careful in remembering stuff like these! But then again, u go on a trip and you carry all these bags ... ure bound to forget one!!
