woope, that would most likely be a crab spider not a ghost spider. Many crab spiders can change colour to camouflage themselves against the flowers they live on.: http://www.austmus.gov.au/factSheets/flower_spider.htm

great journal enteries, I am so glad you fixed the trailer and that it is making such a difference. See you at Christina lake, apparently the provincial campsite is very busy but my experience is they always make room for cyclists

good luck finding accomodations in Kamloops. You culd resume in Kamloops, cycle the back route through to Merrit, and pick up the Kettle Valley line south of Merritt. Glad the fall was minor, good luck with house hunting
